Handling all aspects of an event from invitations, designing menus, procuring catering, artists or musicians, Giulietta has put together many large public events as well as smaller, more intimate ones.
Education
Starting her career as an assistant professor at the Politecnico, University of Turin, Giulietta developed a passion for teaching. Over the past 10 years, she has presented workshops and seminars on such subjects as Italian wines, olive oils and slow food, and at the same time relating these topics to how they reflect a culture, its art and its architecture.

Her presentation style is engaging and informative. When she is demonstrating some characteristic of the quality of the item she is discussing, she draws out the curiosity of the students and encourages their active participation, deepening the value of the learning for them.
