Growing up in a big family in Italy means learning how to prepare meals and birthday parties for numerous relatives. This is one of the reasons why Giulietta enjoyed organizing events from the time she was very young. In the beginning, she organized them for friends and family, and later she organized them for the companies she worked with.

In 2011, she organized a corporate event for a real estate company, Nova SPA in Turin. It included planning a dinner for 400 people, prepared by 2-star Michelin chef, Maurilio from La ciau del Tornavento, a concert performed by Architorti and an Art exhibition.

In 2008, she organized a 2 day opening for La Spinetta which was attended by 2000 people.
In 2020, Giulietta prepared a multi-week on-line program for the Dante Alighieri Society of Vancouver on Art and Wine: a Grand Tour through Italy.
This program combined aspects of artisanal food, art, ancient and modern history which showcased Italy in an entertaining and educational context not normally available to the public.
It was highly successful and saw a growing audience with each episode. Follow-up courses have been requested and are being considered.
